Full payment must be received within 30 days of the course date. Course fees include lunch, refreshments throughout the day and course handouts.
On receipt of your application form we will confirm your place/s on the course/s of your choice and invoice you.

For public courses 50% cancellation fees apply up to one month before the course commence date and 100% cancellation fees during the month running up to the course date. We will try to accommodate you and either book you onto a later course or a substitute can be made.

For in-house courses cancellation fees also apply - 50% up to one month before the course commence date and 100% during the month preceding the course date.
