Facilitation is the process of enabling groups to work cooperatively and effectively. Facilitation is an important part of everyday working life and is a vital management skill.

DAY 2
Session 1: Group Session Management Tips
- Learning review of Day 1
- Handling conflict situations within a group
- Group conflict management exercise
Session 2: Putting it all into Practice
- Participants conduct a thirty-minute facilitated session on an issue/topic of their choice
- Each presentation is followed by tutor-led and peer feedback
Session Three: Action Planning
- Participants identify facilitation challenges, set facilitation goals and develop an action plan
- Programme evaluation
- Wrap-up
