- Applying an effective scheduling and prioritising process and avoid unnecessary stress
Part 6–Understanding the dynamics of change
- Understanding reactions and resistance to change
- Preparing and planning to implement change
- Developing facilitation skills to engage team members
Part Seven – Application workshop
At the start of the programme, delegates select a workplace initiative to which they can apply their new knowledge. On the final day of the programme, delegates will present the results of their chosen initiative and receive feedback and coaching support.
