Approach and Methodology: A facilitated workshop approach is taken in which the emphasis is on practice and practical application. Participants will use their own experience to identify what is currently working well and what areas they need to focus on in order to achieve better results. The workshop is highly interactive and opportunities for experiential learning will be optimised and all learning styles are catered for.
