Course Description:
Performance management is not an annual event, it is a year round commitment
to managing individual and organisational performance. This one-day course
is designed to help people managers to motivate team members by managing
their performance professionally and proactively. The course provides
managers with a framework for ensuring that all performance management
reviews are linked to organisational objectives and are handled in a person-centred
way.
