On establishing a working relationship the manager and the coach will
- Agree a set of ground rules
- Create a supportive and confidential environment
- Agree the role, if any, of the sponsoring manager
- Agree goals and ideal outcomes
- Analyse the current situation
- Identify areas for growth and development
- Develop an action plan to address the above
- Provide continuous feedback and evaluation
